TERMS OF USE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

All content, signals, indicators, and commentary provided by Conclave Capital are strictly educational. Nothing constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.---SECTION 2 – ACCESS & LICENSING
You are purchasing access to the Conclave Capital Algorithm and private Telegram insights for personal use only. This includes:• Invite-only script on TradingView
• Entry into the Telegram group (if applicable)
• Real-time buy/sell signals and macro commentaryYou may not resell, share, redistribute, or duplicate any part of the product or related content.---SECTION 3 – LIFETIME ACCESS DEFINITION
“Lifetime access” refers to the operating lifespan of the Conclave Capital product, as long as it is actively maintained by the creator.If the system is discontinued:
• You will receive a minimum of 60 days’ notice
• You may retain a final “snapshot version” of the script for personal use
• Ongoing support, signals, and updates may cease permanently---SECTION 4 – REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of this product and instant access granted, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.---SECTION 5 – TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Your access may be revoked without refund if you:
• Share code, screenshots, or signals publicly
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or repurpose the algorithm
• Violate any part of this agreement---SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including code, visual structure, naming, branding, and strategy mechanics, is the exclusive intellectual property of Conclave Capital. You may not use any portion of the product for commercial purposes.---SECTION 7 – CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (NDA)By accessing the Conclave Capital system, you agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. This includes but is not limited to:• Signal structure or strategy logic
• TradingView visual setups or alerts
• Telegram messages, commentary, or analysis
• Anything not publicly posted by Conclave CapitalYou agree not to:
• Share internal content publicly or privately
• Recreate, clone, or use this system for commercial projects
• Invite others into the group or product without express permissionThis NDA remains in effect indefinitely, even if your access is revoked or you stop using the service.Violations of this agreement may result in:
• Immediate and permanent loss of access
• Legal action if damages or IP theft occurs---SECTION 8 – ACCEPTANCEBy purchasing or using the Conclave Capital Algorithm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and Confidentiality Agreement in full.
